Kashmiri Overeas Association is an association of Kashmiri Pandits (Hindus) living in United States and its website carries information on socio-culture ethos, religion, and language of Kashmir Pandits.
The KIN website contains information about Kashmir politics and has been in the forefront for the last couple of years in exposing Pakistani misdeeds in Kashmir, which have resulted in the destablization of South Asia and ethnic cleansing of nearly 300,000 Kashmiri Pandits from Kashmir valley. Lalit Wanchoo, President of KOA, believes that this cannot but be concidental with the associations annual function during the previous week, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharifs meeting with President Bill Clinton and Indian military successes in Kargil area. The KOA and KIN websites have received numerous threats through email in the past from people identifying themselves as either Kashmiri Muslims or Pakistan Muslims.
